Promotional Product Atwork Guidelines

Depending on the file format of your logo, it may need to be converted into an acceptable file format to be processed and converted to a promotional product imprint.  Raster (bitmap or dot) images like .JPEGs, .GIFs, .BMPs, or .PNGs won't translate well into quality imprints on promotional products and apparel.  Only vector files are acceptable for this purpose.  Here is a list of artwork programs that can be used to create vector images for promotional product imprinting:

• Adobe Illustrator.  This is the preferred format for submitting your artwork.  Convert type to outline, paths, or curves, or include necessary fonts.
• Adobe Photoshop.  This will require redrawing into vector format.  Please send 1200 dpi black and white images to size.
• Macromedia Freehand.  Convert type to curves and export as "Adobe Illustrator EPS" format.
• Corel Draw.  Export as Adobe Illustrator Ai; select "Invert type to curves."  Include images as separate files and not embedded.
• QuarkEXpress.  Please include all fonts and formatted images.
